KD-Validated shRNA Lentiviral Particles

Short hairpin RNA (shRNA)-mediated gene silencing is a powerful tool to down-regulate a target gene through RNA interference. The shRNA lentiviral vector can stably integrate into a cell’s genome to provide a more stable and complete knockdown. More importantly, lentiviral vector is particularly powerful for difficult-to-target and non-dividing cells.
